I have it in the basic Indian style, a cup of water with a spoonful of tea leaves (chai patti) and sugar as required. After a minute or two, I chop the ginger into small pieces, crush it & add it to the tea. Once the tea starts boiling I add a cup of milk to it. Later when the tea starts boiling again & I’m done.
